We aim for 99.9% uptime. Our hosting infrastructure is reliable and monitored. In the rare event of any downtime, we work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Domain names are not included in either plan. You need to purchase your domain separately from a domain registrar. We recommend letshost.ie for .ie domains — they typically cost €5 for 1st year. Once you have a domain, we connect it to your hosting for free.

Most websites are delivered within 48 hours of placing your order and providing your content (logo, images, text). More complex WordPress builds with e-commerce may take 3–5 days. We'll always give you a clear timeline when you order.

To get started, we need: your business name and description, any logo or images you want to use, your services/menu/pricing information, your contact details, and any specific pages or features you want. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we can work with what you have and help fill in the gaps.

Yes. Minor content updates (text, images, contact details) are included. If you need major structural changes or new pages added, we can discuss that separately. WordPress clients can also make many changes themselves using the WordPress admin panel.
